Souq offers FREE shipping anywhere in the UAE(except for the remote areas that don’t come within the service areas of courier companies in the UAE) for item up to 5 Kg. However; a collection fee of 14 AED must be paid either by the buyer or the seller. This option is selected by the seller while listing his auction. If the seller accepts to pay for the shipping charges; COD will appear as FREE on the auction. On the other hand if seller chooses buyer to pay for the shipping charges; a fee of 14.00 AED will appear in shipping cost

It is the seller's responsibility to ensure the proper packing of his shipment. Sound packaging is vital to the swift delivery of your shipment. To ensure your consignments arrive on time and in good condition, it is vital you take time to pack and label them correctly.

Large sized items like big furniture etc are excluded from this policy and will be charged normal Aramex fees according to their volume and weight.
