* Illegal merchandise (This includes any items deemed illegal under UAE law and all items listed as prohibited items in the Terms and conditions of Souq.com under article 1.2.4 in the Use of the Site section). Prohibited items include, but are not limited to the following:

- Anything that does not comply with the laws of the U.A.E.
- Pirated software, Pirated music, fake items and unlicensed Replica items or any item in any way infringing on a legitimate copyright.
- Firearms, ammunition and weapons of any description.
- Drugs, liquors, Tobacco products, prescription drugs and illegal substances.
- Adult photos, videos and anything affiliated with pornography or pornographic paraphernalia.
- Animals, in whole or part, living, dead or preserved through natural or artificial means, and animal products.
- Fresh foods and any chemicals that may be explosive or harmful if ingested or used in any other way.
- Non-transferable vouchers.
- Classified listings formats.

You are legally prohibited from including links within your auctions to sites violating the above-mentioned rules. Items that are posted
for bidding are subject to review by the staff of Souq.com, and may be removed without prior notice, if in violation with the agreement
mentioned herein or if deemed offensive or libelous to Souq.com or it's users at Souq.com's sole discretion.
