Shipping after deceiving your payment, the buyer has to pay you before you ship the item for him/her .

If you do not want to ship the item to the buyer, select I will NOT ship and In this case the buyer must visit you in person to pay and pick up the item.

How long dose it take for me as a seller to receive payment?

Souq will release the funds 15 days after delivery or once the buyer rates the seller positively. Souq will deposit the funds into the seller cashU account. If the seller does not have a cashU account, one will be created for him/her and the funds deposited automatically.

How can I withdraw my cash from cashU?

Login to CASHU, Select cashU Money Withdrawal service. The service allows you to withdraw funds from your cashU account and into your bank account in Jordan.

What if I received an item significantly lower in value as compared to what the seller described?

Before filing a claim, we encourage you to work with your seller since most issues can be resolved through direct communication. If you find it necessary to file a claim contact Souq's customer care: Contact Us within 72 hours of receiving the goods. a case will be open and the matter investigated.

How long should it takes to get my item?

Delivery of the item usually takes 48 hours from pick up time. Sellers are instructed to contact and ship goods within 72 hours.

Can I get an item that some how was not the original item that the seller shipped?

No, To protect both sellers and buyers the item will be shipped in a sealed bag, the seller will close and seal it when Aramex picks up the item.

How can I track my item?

Souq will provide both the seller and the buyer with the airway bill number (AWB) that the shipment was shipped under. You can track the Shipment on Aramex's international web site [www.aramex.com].

What address should I use to get a speedy delivery?

Buyers should preferably use their business address, please make sure that you fill in a clear and full address for delivery.

Can I change my address and when?

Before selecting to ship COD by Aramex you are allowed to change or correct your address, make sure you review it and if it's not correct please update it , as Aramex will use this address to ship the item.

Aramex will collect from the buyer the value of the item only in cash upon the delivery.
