Shipping destination:

We ship worldwide. all items are shipped free of charge and fully insured. However, each customer need to check with their country’s customs prior to buying/ bidding on any item as their country. Please check our limitations policy below for full details.

Shipping Timelines

Deliveries for UAE, GCC and EU will be shipped within approximately 3 to 5 working days and for USA 5 to 7 working days. This is subject to correct delivery address details provided by the customer.

Please note that any order submitted on the site after 5.00 pm UAE time would be considered for processing on the next working day. (We work from Sunday to Thursday, 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, excluding UAE public holidays)

International shipments

For all international orders the customer /recipient is legally responsible to comply with laws and regulation of the destination country. Customers are also responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes and any other charges in the destination country.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customs fees, import duties, taxes and other charges to the shipment may vary in the international orders. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates for fees expected. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

Returned Items:

If an item is returned to us, as the buyer refuses to collect the item for any reason, we will refund the buyer his money less any fee we pay in line with this transaction.

If an item is returned due to wrong address, then buyer is responsible for reshipping fee.

Shipping Partner

We have currently tied up with FedEx and ARAMEX to deliver your shipments safely, securely and on time; however, we reserve the right to change the shipping partner as it deems necessary in the future.

Track your orders 

You can always track your orders by visiting our shipping partner website, using the tracking number was sent to you on the same day the shipment left our stores.

Ring Resizing

We will confirm the ring size with the buyer prior to shipping, this may add up handling time, but its certainly free of charge. However, resizing the ring again is not possible. Therefore, please make sure you give us the correct ring size you want.

Due to the nature of the requirements, we presently do not provide this facility for our International customers.

Limitation

Please note that products shipped internationally may not comply with destination country’s standards, specifications and labeling requirements. The customer is solely responsible for determining if the product(s) can be legally imported into the country. In case the product cannot be imported due to the legalities and the shipment is returned back to us, the refund amount will be after deducting the entire shipment and insurance cost ( shipment cost includes but is not limited to shipping fee, return shipping fee, taxes if claimed from us and warehousing daily fee at the destination country). However, in the rare case of some country’s customs detaining the item due to any of the reasons above, and not returning it to us, the buyer will not be refunded unless we get an approval from the insurance company for the refund; however, If insurance company decides not to make a refund in this very rare case, then the buyer will not get his refund with no exceptions.   

Privacy

Please note that international shipments are subject to inspections by the customs authorities. Any information about your products contained therein may be provided customs authorities as part of the customs clearance procedures.

Product Out of stock case:

in case the item you ordered is out of stock, we will give you the option to move your payment towards another item and you can avail the 10% above the out of stock order value. Alternatively, the buyer can wait till the item arrives in stock again, if applicable, or else, refund the buyer with the full money.

We will try our utmost to provide an extremely satisfying ordering and delivery process to our online customers, but orders may get delayed due to below circumstances.

·      Shipping address provided is incorrect.

·     Order is pending a credit approval and fraud verification or e-cheque (check) clearance.

·      Product is currently out of stock

·      Force Majeure

·      Delay caused by the courier and beyond the control of MAS Online Stores.

Returns:

·         Articles are accepted for return in case of any manufacturing defect if returned in an unused condition within 7 days of purchase.

·         You may return any article subject to our acceptance on the condition that it was not worn, damaged, resized, engraved or altered.

·         On receipt of the product, our quality assurance department will review the condition and make a declaration of acceptance or non acceptance.

·         On the basis of the declaration, we will inform you the status within 7 working days of receiving the product.

·         On acceptance for product return, we will process your request for the refund within 7 working days.

·         Refunds on the purchases made with the credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow one month billing cycle in order for your credit card to appear.

·         We will provide a 100% full refund of item cost. We do not charge any re-stocking fees. But please be advised that the shipping & insurance fees will not be refunded.

·         The returned shipping fee and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

·         Returned items must be insured, in case of a lost uninsured returned item, we will not be held responsible whatsoever.
