How major is the maintenance required?

Dear Lamartine. At the End they are 350 sqm you can change the konstruction as you want, and change the NO. of rooms. IF you 10 big rooms will be very good.
Also you can choose the no of bathrooms you want. The Only way to by a house in germany is to go to an Public notary. He will make a contract. After you pay him the money he will register you in the oficial register. After you registerd, we will pay me the money. The cost for the Notary is not more than 5000,- Dirham.
The Maintnance will be cost depent on your imagination. If your want Luxury or not.
Elektrik will cost 10000,- Dirham, Sanitaer ( WC- Kitchen and so on 15000,- Dirham. The Gibson work 20000,- Dirham, The roof between 5000 - 25000 Dirham denpent what you want to do with it. Outside walls 15000, rest 10000 Dirham. This will be the standards if you like more Luxury you have to pay more. Iam sell it cheap beacuse of the renovation. If I renovated, i will ask for much more. |
