My dear, the Factory Refurbished phones are just as BRAND NEW phones, without any scratches, (what you would find otherwise in a USED phones). And pls. note, it has ONE MONTH warranty for your peace of mind. Pls. go through our FEEDBACK on SOUQ from our satisfied customers who have bouught from us. You need to first BID and win the auction. Delivery can be made either by COURIER or you can collect personally. S500i, presently is not available and wont be available so soon. Thanks & good luck.
Do have have this model, E780? What I'm looking for is an all black phone, like S500i and E780. How about this E770? Does it have an all black color? Because according to gsmarena and to your specification, the color is black but the color in the picture is gray. Thanks again.

The colour is GREY (not BLACK). Black is not available. If you are really serious pls. BID on the auction and win the same. Thanks.
