Shipping:

6- If the buyer has made an order and we shipped this order to the specified address, and due to the listed below reasons the buyer didn't collect his shipment then it will be handled on case to case bases according to the terms below:

     a- If there was an error at the shipping address and the buyer requires reshipping, we will be more than happy to fulfill the customers need. In this case, the customer needs to notify us within 7 days from buying the product in case the customer doesn't receive the shipment. Any additional costs in line with the reshipment will be at the cost of the buyer.

    b- If the customer didn't collect the item, as the customer refuses to pay any additional fee requested by the authorities at the country the customer choose to ship to. Then the shipment will be sent back to us at the cost of the buyer. We will deduct 15% of the transaction value as violation fee to our terms and conditions plus any additional charges incurred due to this transaction as we have already made this requirement clear at the payment section. Then the balance will be paid back to the customer. Please allow 7 to 15 working days after we receive the item to clear your payment. 

    c- Any other cases, than mentioned above will be handled fairly according to the case circumstances. Please be rest assured that our priority is to keep our customers happy and satisfied with the least damages to all parties should any dispute arise

Returns

1- There is no restocking fee!  We have one of the best return policies for electronics on all web based market places. If you are not satisfied with your item contact us for a return merchandise authorization number within 7 days.  Once we receive the item back we will issue you a 100% refund of the purchase price.  Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed. RMA number is required for all returns.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Shipping costs are non refundable. Items returned without RMA number or after 14 days will not be accepted.

2- After 7 days only exchanges will be given unless the item is out of stock.

Bidding Agreement
