L-Methionine: Methionine is a sulfur-containing amino acid needed for energy production in the body. With choline and inositol, methionine acts as a catalyst to speed up their function in the liver’s fat conversion.

Gymnema sylvestris: Gymnema has a long reputation as a sugar blocker. Its apparent method of operation is its ability to aid the beta cells of the pancreas to maintain blood sugar levels.

L-Carnitine: An amino acid that is naturally synthesized in the liver, Carnitine’s primary purpose may be to promote fat metabolism in the muscles.
